Q: Can I wear your jewellery if I have a nickel allergy?
A: Yes! All of our jewellery is nickel-free.

Q: What is the best way to store my resin pieces?
A: The best way to ensure the longevity of your resin pieces is to store them out of sunlight. The brand of resin we use is more resistant to the effect than others, but prolonged UV exposure will slowly make all resin less clear and more yellow over time. Additionally, make sure not to store your resin pieces anywhere warmer than 49°C (120°F), as that will cause them to uncure.

Q: Why are my resin pieces sticky? Why do my resin pieces smell funny?
A: They shouldn't be sticky or smell! Please do not handle sticky or funny-smelling resin with your bare hands! When uncured, resin is a toxic substance and should only be handled with appropriate PPE. With that being said, we will never send out resin pieces that have not fully cured. Cured resin does not smell and is resistant to bending and imprinting (pushing your fingernail into the piece). However, if resin is exposed to temperatures greater than 49°C (120°F), it will begin to uncure. This is common when mail is left in hot delivery vehicles. The good news is that resin will usually re-cure if it's left for 72 hours at room temperature (20-25°C) in a low humidity environment. Should your resin still not cure, safely dispose of it as per your local guidelines and get in contact with us, so we can refund or remake your item!

Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: Most likely! We ship internationally with the exception of the UK. For more information, please refer to our shipping policy.

Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?
A: It may take up to 7 days for us to process your order. Shipping times vary by country. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, some areas are experiencing substantial delivery delays. Please be patient with postal service workers during this time! You can find more detailed information about our shipping policies here.

Our Process

Q: How does Noctis Resin commit to an eco-friendly process?
A: We have worked hard to reduce single-use items in the creation of our products as much as possible. This includes using silicone measuring cups and stir sticks. We have also reduced waste in our packaging by using cardboard boxes that can be recycled or reused for other purposes. We are always looking for more ways to reduce our carbon footprint.
